Welcome to our web site!
Lucille worked as a manager for Synapse, a subsidiary of the Chicago Faucet Company in Huntsville, Alabama. The company made the electronics for the automatic faucets found in airports and other public buildings.
Larry worked for TDS, Inc. a defense contractor that supports government operations at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The company provides support for the Patriot Missile System and other government defense systems. Larry is also an Army retiree who has served in Germany and Egypt as well as in the USA.
While Larry was in the Army, we spent much of our off-duty time traveling. In fact, while we enjoyed the traveling, we have since realized that we saw more of Europe than of our own great country. So, we are making up for lost time and enjoying it.
Shelley, our 11 year old St. Bernard, was our constant traveling companion for 6 years. Sadly, she had to be put down in September of 2009. But! As of January 31st, 2014 we have a new family member. Daisy's picture will be up here soon.
